Website Chat and profile will not load

I tried to login today, through private and non private browsing, on both FireFox and Edge, and it's as if the site won't retain my session? When I reload the page I see my user icon and enter the chat button, but then it disappears as if I logged out. When I try to open my profile, it is in an infinite loop or re-loading as if it can't establish a secure connection?

Is something being updated or going on? Was I banned or blocked? Is there some technical troubleshooting from what I have describe that I can attempt?

I can login, but when I try to go to "My Home", it just loads a blank page.

if i recall, one of the potential fixes is to log out of lit, leave the site, clear your cache and cookies, close the browser, restart the browser and then try again.
From what i have gathered, it is some sort of routing issue in that its trying to connect you but some reason things you are already connected and creates some sort of loop. i do not know the actual technical reason or terminology, just what it seems like from discriptions.

But i have had people do the cookies and cache clearing and browser reboot and have had some success with this issue. So i say give it a try as well.
