Webmasters'/Mistress's requests to us your stories

How do y'all handle it when someone e-mails you and asks for permission to post a story on their personal website? This has been happening to me somewhat more often lately.

My take

I'll volunteer my own experiences to get the ball rolling. I've been writing erotica for about two years now, but have only recently begun posting here.

Until recently, my inclination was to tell everyone, "no."

Lately, though, I decided that it would do no harm to have the stories posted--provided certain conditions were satisfied:
-Assure me yours is not a paysite
-Assure me that webmaster/mistress is over 18
-Credit the story to me
-Post my e-mail link so I can continue to be a feedback whore
-Send me the URL of the site so that I can visit the site and see how the story is being used

This month I had three people ask me to use one or more of my stories. All three said that they were setting up new sites. I sent them my list of requirements. All three replied to my reply and said that they would happily comply with my requests and send me the link as soon as the story was up.

I haven't received a URL from any of them. I still assume that they are not just going to steal my story. They wouldn't have asked permission and then replied if they had intended to do that.

Anyone with similar experiences?
