Just curious if any ladies still wear anklets and for what reason? Always heard the traditional “hotwifes” would wear them to tell others they were available for sex. Does the side your wear it on have any specific meaning? Any specific chain or charm make a diiference?

Putting little chains or leather laces on the wrists and ankles of a woman before sending her out for the day is always a turn on for me.

If I do wear one, it's just because I think it's pretty - no meaning as to which ankle it's on or charms it may have. I do like ones with little bells.

I used to wear them a lot and it wasn't until later I heard they were associated with women advertising to be hot wives. I think you have to have one of the charms though like the queen of spades or something.
The right ankle is said to convey that meaning to those in the lifestyle. Outsiders pay little attention to them.
