Jen is saying this from the state of Florida where the Republican power base is completely dependent on retired people on government entitlements. I'd love to see Jen's idea enacted and the Democrats gain an instant super-majority there.

Speaking of which, I see that Florida Republicans lost their super-majority in their state congress. That's a shame. Oh and in Texas too, also a shame.
