demanding eh? well...the egg trick was a throwback to my Boy Scout days...and the Lexan French Presses are courtesy of Eastern Mountain Sports...they carry them right next to the mini campstove espresso makers...

Hmmmm....that's a far cry from Canadian Tires cheap tin coffee pot...with holes so big I could get my baby finger in!
