But then Obama meets with the Saudis, a Saudi diplomat meets with the suspect, and the suspect is deported.


Most likely scenario, he had nothing to do with the bombing. He was in violation of his Visa for some reason or another or simply had ties to terrorists despite not being involved in this tragedy.

Now I understand not releasing details of an investigation. But it looks like he had noting to do with the bombing. So why the lack of transparency? Didn't Obama promise the most transparent administration ever? Giving the events, do we not deserve to know why he ran to the Saudis and bowed?
