Armpit, it wasn’t “intolerant people” who murdered him—it was one individual. Big difference. The trigger wasn’t pulled by left or right-wing ideology, but by someone angry and likely unstable. Nuts don’t all grow under the acorn tree; sometimes they’re scattered far away. Maybe that helps you realize not every nut belongs to the Left or the Right—unless you need a partisan bedtime story to make sense of the world.
The responses from added: some people in this PB have been cold hearted, at best, towards his murder. It was one human being who killed Kirk but many others in this PB and assumedly in real life have laughed about it, celebrated, called for more violence, etc. I understand some people have a problem with things he said, but as @ll74 called for in a thread and had very limited genuine and full responses, there should be no political violence.
