Well now, that's an area where I have some inside baseball insight. We have some substantial intel resources in Mexico and if the Mexican government were to allow the Cartel's to use the Plaza's as staging areas for a foreign invasion you would be looking at the second Mexican-American War.

If the 25th is invoked without Biden's consent then congress has to convene and vote with 2/3's voting in the affirmative in order for removal to take place. What if the republicans vote to keep ole Joe in for the duration? Now there's a twist the democrats will have to ponder dealing with.

As far as the ballots go there is NO automatic VP thing, or anyone else for that matter. The candidate with HAVE to meet the requirements of each individual state and some requirements are quirky indeed.
