The whole issue with illegal drugs is, the end users have absolutely no idea what they're getting. That's one of the reasons I think that the so-called War on Drugs ain't gittner dunn.

I favor decriminalization. Let the users produce their own drugs or take the risk. The rest of us move on. We step over the bodies.
