I've pumped a few rounds out those, cleanings a breeze too, just need to make sure you reinstall the "rats tail" correctly though, otherwise the first round might not behave as expected....

What do we think about laser bore sights?

I bought one for each of my scoped rifles. Some place in California. They work well for rough dialling in, better IMHO than just using bore sighting to get on paper.

I'm not sure that I'd want another FAL or a G3, but they are good rifles. You don't get to be the Right Arm of the Free World and not have something on the ball.


They seem to have good "reaction scores."

The SIG P226. I have 2 of these, one in 9mm and the other in .40 Short-N-Weak. The 40 was a mistake. It's an old cop gun and as such, it was set up for DAO and I think part of the beauty and functionality of the design is the DA/SA set-up So, that one is for sale, as it were.
