I'm wagering that we have no fucking idea whatever if we're even enforcing what laws are on the books. Like when the prohibited people fill out a 4473 and lie on it, what happens? They need to get their fiver (or more if other things are ponied onto it) and let us know that we're prosecuting this stuff. A Zero Tolerance level would be a good place to start. Then talk to me about more laws/regulations if this isn't enough.

Lighten up, Francis, nobody's gonna come take your shit. That's not how things will go down after the MAGAts lose big in future elections and are finally called out on their insanity overreach. Certain weapons will be banned, so you better spend all your money on them now while you have a chance. Don't delay, time is running out!

The worst case is that you may have to hide some of your sex toys in your landlady's lingerie closet. I am. They are all former SF guys known to and by the SOCOM community.

I suspect that the "No Plea" policy went by the wayside with the new administration but I'll ask.

IIRC, it was during the Clinton administration that there was the misnamed Assault "Weapons" Ban but no enforcement of forms violations. Also, anyone who was connected to the military who had been to a head shrinker were flagged as the equivalent of being adjudicated mentally ill. Supposedly, that nailed something like 90,000 people.


I had (he died) a SEAL buddy who had a Green Beret buddy who told me never to kneecap a guy. Always break a side of ribs, he said. You only hurt on your kneecapped knee when you walk, but it hurts to breathe 15 times per minute.

I think so, too. At the urging of a guy I worked with a while back (and who I trusted), I bought a file and would take two or three pulls on each tooth on the chain every time I refilled the tank. The old saw would stay sharp and get my work done in a timely manner.
