Assault weapon bans need to be based on how many shots can be fired in rapid succession without having to be reloaded. Real lawyers develop this sort of language all the time. The general public needs to be protected from mass slaughters by unstable individuals, and rapid-fire limits will be part of that protection package.

After the overreaching MAGAts lose their ability to obstruct, a reasonable federal limit will be imposed on non-well-regulated militia interests, such as the punks who suck up to tWat on this thread.

Also at that time, the rights of women and of gender minorities will be restored at the federal level.
