Good morning

Well, I need to stay more positive in life. It's easy to dwell on things. I guess I can be considered a massive over-thinker. I used to think this was a good thing...

However, now my mindset has changed somewhat. I can't influence everything in my life. Some things happen out of my control. The things I can influence are how I react to these things.

I had a lovely day yesterday and need more like them in my life. Xx
