Wanted: New BDSM Librarian

Hey all,

I've been slipping lately in my literotica attendance. I have not been reading very much, let alone posting, let alone updating the library. In all, I think this community would benefit from a more involved librarian.

So... any takers? I have all the library categories in notepad files so I can just send them to you, erase the library thread, and let you repost the whole thing under your moniker so that you can edit it as you please.

Or, if MissT is feeling up to it, I imagine there must be some way for more than one person to have editing privileges on a thread. Perhaps there could be more than one person working on this cataloging process? Even if only one person can make the actual updates, perhaps more than one person could work on the cataloging process and just send the new updates to the official librarian, yes?

I've been receiving lots of helpful PMs lately about threads and topics I might want to include in the library. Thank you to everyone who has been taking such an active interest. However, I fear that I'll have to leave implementing your suggestions to the next librarian, whoever s/he might be.

It has been a wonderful run I've had here with you folks, watching the forum grow from its very early beginnings. I'm sure I'll be checking in at least occasionally.

Thanks for your offer, Anelize! I figure I'll leave this job opportunity open for a week or so in order to make sure that everyone who wants to volunteer has a chance.

One really good skill for our new librarian to have, as I see it, is the ability to make a Table of Contents in the introductory post of the Library thread so that people can just click on the name of a topic and be transported to that particular post. If any of you can do that, I'm sure you will have everyone's eternal gratitude.

Thank you for the incredible job you have done for the lifetime betterment of this forum Nemo Alia. I can only guess at the amount of hours sweat and tears that goes into such an astronomical task.

Where Angels Fear to Thread..umm..Tread

Thanks so much everyone for the positive comments and vibes regarding my taking over of the Library Thread.

I always did like going where angels fear to ahemmm...tread. As I said in my "application" post, the Library thread helped me a tremendous amount when I first got here, and I still find stuff in there I haven't read. I look forward to continuing to add to it, as our community is ever evolving and growing, and each of you add so much wonderful knowledge and information.

I've got some ideas for the table of contents, and putting THAT together is going to force ME to do some learning and growing that I've been putting off too LOL. I know that I'm excited about the whole thing, and I hope that you'll continue to PM me with your ideas for new additions to the thread.

Lastly, many wonderful kisses and thanks to NemoAlia for the fabulous work you have done. I hope I can walk in those stilettos baby *grin*

Now...on to the hard work. LOL.

Thanks for the offer!! I have arranged with NemoAlia to send me all the contents of the Library and will be reposting it soon. My immediate project is to get to work on the Table of Contents
Once I go through everything, if I need any help I'll be sure to ask.
