Tay smiled, before looking at Cub. He couldn't help but think that she was looking down on Nash, almost like he was acting too much like a pup, and not enough like her mate. He shrugged before tapping his chin. "Hmmm. We need to change your bandages, so that can be done quickly," he said.

"Sounds like a real good idea," Gwyn agreed, setting Nash down. "Let's get it done and over with."

Tay nodded, before following Gwyn back to the bed, closing the door so the pups couldn't join them, before getting the supplies from the bathroom as he waited for Gwyn to strip down and lay on the bed.

Gwyn stripped, still wincing some, and laid down on the bed a bit tenderly. "Ribs are doing a number," she said softly, waiting for him.

Tay nodded, before settling down next to her as he peeled the old bandages off of her wounds. He wished he could do more for her ribs, but unfortunately knew that pain meds were the only real thing, and he wanted to avoid those. He quickly changed the dressings, before applying new ones, kissing each new dressing after it was fully covered. "All done and ready to go," he said softly, before leaning towards her and kissing her softly.

Gwyn kissed him back, just as softly. "Yay," she said softly. She shifted a little bit and smiled. "They're all looking good?"

Tay nodded. "Everything is healing up. The only problem is the ribs, but there really isn't anything I can do," he said softly, kissing her again, before heading to open the door and throw away the old bandages. He smiled as he saw the pups on the bed with Gwyn.

Gwyn smiled as the pups bounded onto the bed, and she was petting Nash and scratching Cub's ears when Tay returned. Her smile got even bigger. "They're so sweet," she said.

Tay looked at the pups, before clapping his hands. "Let momma get dressed, goobers," he said, watching the pups hop off the bed as he sat down next to Gwyn to help her get dressed since her ribs were bothering her.

Gwyn smiled as Tay helped her dress, and she kissed him softly when he was done. "Thank you," she said softly.

Tay kissed her back, before chuckling. Normally, I think I'd rather undress you," he said with a big grin.

Gwyn giggled. "I don't care either way. I like it."

Tay chuckled, before laying back on the bed, stretching. "What would you like to do?" he said after yawning.

Gwyn smiled and curled up with him, patting the bed beside her to allow Nash and Cub to come up. "Cuddle," she said simply.

Tay smiled, before snuggling up next to Gwyn, chuckling as the pups lay on either side of them. "This is probably going to be how we end up spending the nights from now on, unless we want to have fun," he said with a grin.

"I don't mind," Gwyn said with a smile.

Tay grinned, before kissing Gwyn softly, pulling her closer. He realized that he slept so much better now that Gwyn was with him. He sighed, before nuzzling her neck happily.

Gwyn kissed him back and snuggled closer, happy and feeling like she could take on the world. Sleeping came easier, and she had only woken up once in terror from a nightmare since Tay came back into her life.

Tay looked down at Gwyn, before looking at the pups. "Okay, out," he said, before grinning as the pups immediately obeyed. He closed the door, before turning and looking at Gwyn. "Sorry, but something about you just gets me going," he said, his voice husky.

Gwyn shivered as his voice turned husky. "Yeah?" she whispered softly in longing.

Tay just nodded, before slowly removing his clothing, waiting to see what Gwyn wanted.

Gwyn slowly removed her clothes too, waiting for Tay to come to her.

Tay slid over Gwyn, before looking down at her. "Is this okay, or would you rather we do it some other way?" he asked softly, looking deeply into her eyes.

"This is perfect," Gwyn told him, looking deep into his eyes as well.
