Right then, all you need is an empty glass bottle (MUST be glass) something like a coca-cola glass bottle(do they still make those?) or a wine bottle. A clear one is better to see what's happening and the hole size is relevant, as is the size of the bottle, the bigger the bottle the more effect it'll have.
Hot water.
Cold water in another bottle or a jug.
Something like a flannel, small towel.
This will be a lot easier while you're having a bath so let's assume you are. Relax a while, then fill the bottle with hot water, not boiling!! from the hot tap should do. Allow the glass to heat up for a minute or so then pour out the water. Use the flannel to hold the now hot glass, cool just the neck/hole part so it doesn't hurt you, then place the hole on your nipple, press and hold in place.With your other hand get the jug of cold water and pour it over the bottle to cool it, you might want to do this more than once. A vacuum will be formed inside the bottle sucking your nipple into the neck, Hold the bottle firmly against your breast or air will get in. Hold it there and watch in amazement as your nipple 'grows' into the bottle! A larger or smaller opening will suck a smaller or bigger area in so experiment. And if this doesn't work first time try again - loosing the vacuum is th main problem.
Granted the effect won't be permanent but try wrapping elastic bands around your now enormous nipples and feel the pleasure! Oh yes, repeat it on the other nipple or do both at the same time.
