from what i've seen/heard (nothing much compared to what will come out, i'm sure), they have paper trails, evidence of his attempts to scrub damaging information, and a whole lot of testimony from those previously prosecuted or otherwise caught up in a wholescale web of corruption across his 'team'.

this all goes back across 10-years, it's not a new thing.
