I don't have a clue. I do know it is illegal and could create a lot of problems for you. I am not sure I like the idea of taking a picture (with strong sexual overtones) of a person without their knowledge (and consent).

I agree with you Lajo...Seems to be an ethical issue...I know I do not want someone invading my privacy bytaking intimate pictures of me without my permission...Therefore, I would never do it to another person.....Also, I wonder if the poster here is of legal age...something is causing the alarm bell to go off in my head???

I would be really really upset to know anyone had taken pictures like that of me without my permission. If I could have you arrested for it, I would.

Erotic pictures with the person's knowledge are one thing. Forcing someone into something they aren't aware of is entirely different. It may excite you, but could also get you arrested.

No I don't! I suggest you drop the idea altogether. cheyenne is absolutely right, taking pictures with someone's consent is one thing doing it surreptitiously is another. Get a life! I really have to laugh at this topic...and some of the people. I'm a 23 yo college student that used to go to the voyeur web sites and thought it was a lot of fun.

I don't know about DW, Merlin, but I liked the tone in that posting much better. It called for a social accountability.
