Being a writer here and now having access to the number of times a story is viewed, an question arose in my mind. Why is it there are so many views to a story and a mild number of votes in comparison? I know I may be in for it on this one but I'm sure it's something a few of the writers have thought out there. I mean you're given the opportunity to let somebody out there know how their story rates with you. Does it really take any longer to move your cursor over the desired rating you want to give and click away. As far as I've seen, it only takes about three seconds for that vote to go through. If you don't like what you're reading, let them know.

Even a little note lets us know what we are or aren't doing to satisfy the reader's interests. That's what makes anynomous feedback so great. We don't have to know who you are, we just want to know what you're thinking. We can't be held responsible for what goes on in our minds, but you can help us produce the quality that lies within it.
