Chicago has a $512,000,000 deficit but just last year, when the city privatized parking meters, they made $1.15-Billion. Chicago isn't even remotely going bankrupt.

Those "massive obama vacations" have been debunked so many times, I've lost count.

BTW, Detroit started going bankrupt over 60 years ago. Since 1953, we've had 11 presidents, None of them lifted a finger for Detroit. So how is Detroit, all of a sudden, all Obama's fault? ~giggle~
