hi,
i figured that quite a few people feel awkward and shy doing voice chats although they are keen. but i just tried one thing which has worked 2 out of 2 times and has helped break the ice.
only one individual speaks during a conversation. the other just replies in yes, no or mmhmms. the next time, the roles are reversed. we can continue the same way till we start getting comfortable and start speaking without feeling awkward.
