A friend of my complaints that her virginal opening is too large and as such when it is penerated, the penis just floats, even when it is quiet large. This she is finding from day 2, since generally the virginal opening should hold tight on the penis, so that there is some sort of friction for sexual joy, but in her case it is quiet different. Once I checked and I found four of my finger easily get in, which is quiet abnormal, I feel so. She is aged 26, yet to be married. She feels it is not good to get married with this problem. Can any one suggest where there is a medical/surgerical sulotion to help her out.

To resolve this anatomical quirk, I can't remember where it was that I read it but from memory I recall them saying they did not like to perform the Op until the woman is past childbaring age.
She may be able to find out more from her Gyno, and if she doesn't have a Gyno yet, I would advise her to get one and ask the questions there.
They may have changed the attitudes and use C section if she becomes pregnant.

Your friend needs to see a GYN doctor immediately. This is not a normal thing. Without a history of the lady in question it is difficult to give you an answer about surgery. She can be helped but needs to see a health care proffessional to obtain it.
