the 311 was my dorm room number my freshman yr of school.

yes you have to be, there are alot of folks who do not care or just dont see ppl on bikes. I've had quite a few pull out in front of me. My ex always said that I am more careful on my bike than in a car

I think i would be too, there's more protecting you in a car than on a bike.
