We would like to fine someone to video tape us while we get busy. But are have a difficult time trying to fine someone to do it. Any suggestions?

You could probably try some of the adult online dating sites... I'm sure that you would get some willing candidates. Make sure if you decide to go that route to go out of your way to be safe about meeting though.

That's the easiest and safest way to do it. It may not give you the results you want due to the camera remaining stationary, but you won't have to worry about the camera operator doing anything unwanted.

And, from a legal stand point... the final product is property of the photographer not the subjects, so he could technically do whatever he wanted without a very specific contract with you in the first place.

Depending on where you are, most large cities have a "city paper" with a personals section that can help you find your personal videographer. good luck

You may not like this route, but you can try talking to the professional photographers. Many offer video taping, nominally for things like a video will, birthday parties, weddings so on. However I am sure that at least one will not say no to video taping you and hubby in action.

Draw back is, they generally are expensive. However they will do up a contract giving you full rights to the video tape, some will ask for permission to put part of the video into a demonstration video for prospective clients, though in your case I rather doubt he will actually do that. More likely he will ask for a copy or just make one for his own uses.

Make sure if you hire one that there is a clause that he cannot sell said copy, even if he does not make one, make sure there is a clause barring sale of videotaped materials, and take the copy and make sure it is not lost or destroyed, just in case you find yourself in some new porn video.

Thats the beauty of digital video and it doesn't need to be recorded in a linear fassion! I did one a while back with the tripod method. It was really fun taking a lot of time to set up taping, repositioning all weekend long taking in different scenes. Afterwards we worked on cutting the hrs of video into a coherent porn show.
