Video is whitewashed. Can't adjust it. I'm using an nVidia 128mb card and when I ratchet down the hardware acceleration it works but I shouldn't have to do that. Any idea what could be causing this?

I know this sounds lame but, do you have the latest detonator drivers for your nvidia card?? Sounds like a driver config issue to me. I dont think its has anything to do with the vid settings in Media player, but just to make sure you may wanna turn down the screen resolution to something simple and try that.

Believe it or not I do believe it all happened when I installed the new drivers. Problem is, I don't know how to uninstall them. Whenever I try I get this message:

I'm given a list of components to remove and I'm not sure which is the video.

Nvidia audio driver
Nvidia Ethernet driver components
Nvidia Gart driver
Nvidia IDE driver (I'd assume this one)
Nvidia nForce PCI system management driver

And the reason it does that is because when I install my motherboard drivers apparently one of the drivers is an nVidia driver. It controls something other than the video card I can't recall what.

Do I just uninstall the IDE driver? And what could I adjust to solve this issue within the new driver control set?
