I've been a gamer since the Atari came out, not many games that i haven't played over the years... right now though I mostly play League of Legends with my wife and Tera when the mood hits, oh and The Witcher series of games = <3

I don't see Baldur's Gate 1 or 2, Fallout 1 or 2, Planescape: Torment, Neverwinter Nights, Icewind Dale, Arcanum.

The best thing about the classics is that any PC can run them. lol Nobody wants to give them a chance :O

I made it 22 days before lightning struck and set my camp on fire. The lightning rod didn't protect the whole campsite.... *cries bitter, rage filled tears *

Game play for Dishonored 2 is very similar to the first- a touch easier with the expanded powers. A warning though- the story has more potholes than a hunk of swiss cheese.


...I couldn't help it, the gnomes were cute. . Plus, mage gear looks cool scrunched down to midget size.

ah, I guess I can agree. their dance is adorable too.

Hm... random but I'm thinking Dark Souls 3 is kind of bullshit. All NPCs, events, and items parallel the first two games. It's very very odd and I wish I could put into words how I feel about it.

I feel like I'm in a Dark Souls Inception. It's so annoying. It's messing with my mind because I love the game but it's like they reinvented and remastered both of the first two games and smashed their worlds together.

I can't sleep...

I've finally figured out why the Dark Souls universe scares me so much. It's creatures and everyone in it remind me of a medieval version of Silent Hill.

I've only played one Silent Hill game to near completion. It was creepy as fuck and the enemies were bizarre as hell. I remember I made it to some hospital with undead nurses trying to kill me. I don't remember which game in thr series it was, but it was probably on the PS2 or original XBOX.

After that, I swore off Silent Hill, went to church, and got saved by our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. I now have the Holy Spirit residing in my heart.

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned the free to play games like Perfect world, Neverwinter online, Swordsman, DC Universe.

I have also played Guild wars 1 and 2 and WoW but as with most people got tired of WoW changing the gameplay with every major update.

I've actually been spending time in ST:O and still have my sub SWTOR. I also got Skyrim during Black Friday. Up to level 30. Might load that up here in a bit.

You should probably play it. A round takes less than 5 minutes. So you can get a feel for whether you like it or not pretty quickly. I have too many games that I haven't played. I think I should stop buying stuff until I play the ones I have. I have gotten to a point where I try to buy stuff I already have because I forgot I bought it.

There's a few reasons I don't play Madden. First of all, EA releases one game per year which I'm totally against. Secondly, they own the rights to the NFL, which means nobody else can even try to make a good NFL game. Third, which ties in with number 2, the NFL rights allow them to be as lazy as they want to be. They don't have to make any attempt to improve on the game at all.

And they haven't.

They usually have one new gimmicky BS selling point each year, but in general, Madden's quality doesn't improve at all. I used to buy the game every single year, but I quit after Madden 25th's anniversary (I think that was 2014? not sure).

Game publishers are really getting their hands dirty releasing yearly iterations of games. Activision, EA, Ubisoft are all just filthy pieces of shit. I make every attempt to NOT play their games, though I will admit that I do on occasion (Dragon Age, Child of Light).

The problem is, now my beloved publishers/developers are starting to do this. Bethesda was my Go-To. I used to say Todd Howard was God Howard. But I'm not so sure anymore. They're already talking about both the next TES and FO.

And then there's Nintendo...... LMFAO Nintendo is just stupid. They don't even allow for ANY of their material to be uploaded to Youtube. That's automatic copyright ban. You can't find Nintendo content at all on Youtube except maybe reviews from top gaming journalists.
