Vampire not so much the Bella Lugosi types but more the re-incarnation of them. now I am more into the female form but I think the whole idea of them is so sexy. I am thinking along the lines of the movie Underworld.
 
thanks for the mercy post not sure what I find hotter about them the eternal life aspect or the way they always seem to be these sexy vixens. hell the wife and I used underworld like soft porn.
 
Well I think True Blood is very sexy so yes there's something about 'vampire's' that's sexy.

True Blood is pretty hot but you have to admit, the Vampires portrayed in the older films were much more dangerous and threatening than the ones in TB, Twilight and the Vampire Diaries. I want my vamps to be hunters, killers and able to ravage their prey before they drain all but that last breath of lifes blood from that worthless human sack.
In todays movies is about the romance and not the creature. Gimme the creature, Ill find beauty in its form and be entertained by the savagery within.

Hmmm I like both, but there's something about the feeling of continued humanity that makes the differences all the more startling and unnerving, with human emotions the vampire choosesto kill and control anyway. Yummy
 
I am not a fan of twilight really even if my wife has a cutout of Edward in our room. I am more into the dangerous side of it. and the risk reward for the vampire you know sunlight killing them instead of making them shine. The old vampires are mostly male which is why I don't relate to them that well.
 
And let's not forget the vampires of Buffy-- Spike, Drusilla, Angelus, the ditzy Harmony...

Underworld has sexy, aggressive, female vamps. I love 'em.

the interveiw with the vampire series was entertaining as books and I actually thought the " queen of the damned" movie was a great vision of the book..(probably in the minority on that one)

I've never really gotten into the vampire thing from a sexuality standpoint - although I must admit I am a biter and a night owl! :D - but I did love the Bram Stoker novel.

I am a huge fan of True Blood. I love the southern feel of it.
 
An online friend, a female friend, and I have been tossing around notes and thoughts on a female vampire, lesbian vampire to be exact, story. She knows my feelings on vampires - evil creatures out to hunt for blood, the Eastern European view of the vampire - and wants it that way. This creature is evil, this creature MOST be vanquished.

Twilight, though it has made preteen and teen girls read, is so far off-base. Laurell Hamilton's Anita Blake series is good, but kind of predictable.
 
I find anything Gothic inherently sexy... Vampires are just ridiculously hot but only the real deal... Screw Twilight and its sparkly vamps, it's horrifically romanticised! Give me Spike, Dru, Dracula, LeStat, Selene, etc any day!
 
I kinda love them all. Be it the dangerous and evil creature who is intent on feeding and killing or the sparkly 'vegetarian' vampires of Twilight, I just like vampires.

I was rather into the Anne Rice novels a while back...
 
If you want dangerous and mind blowingly sexy then check our J.R. Ward's Black Daggar Brotherhood book series. They blow True Blood right out of the water :devil: :devil: :devil:

Love Anne Rice and her vampires. I am guilty of also liking Twighlight a bit, but its def not the same. Ill be crucified for this, but I hate Buffy! I also hate Blade. I guess modern style vaps don't really do it for me......I like the intelligence and creativity in stalking a victim not the action of them shooting each other, etc.
Also have to say Manson's "If I was your Vampire" makes my heart skip a beat.
