How have you been?

So glad the barium meal was negative!!!, I had one of those when i was younger!!, passing it is not too bad it the trying to flush it away that did my head in

The scope thing is not pleasant but you being a man will not have the knack of putting long hard things down your throat!!!

Just lie back and try and relax!!!! Easier said than done I know!!
