so far ok.....I am having problem with the cycling....my whole leg tightens up.

Strangely, when I go thru the lower machines, it doesn't. I think I'll talk to the young trainer about it.

Based on the way you described your young trainer, I don't think exercise machines would ever enter into any of my discussions with her there georgy boy!

The line of storms which killed so many in Tennessee and Arkansas are about a half hour to and hour away. The line has weakened from yesterday so we don't expect the same type of results....thank god!!!
