Lots of ice still around....still hoping to get out in the morning.

While I wasn't there in person when R was suprised to find his brother at the door...I was on the phone with him at the time....pretty priceless his reaction:D

Don't listen to him gc, they are adorable. Our dog used to play with kid goats, years ago when we were living in Crete. The moms weren't exactly thrilled but the little ones had a blast :D

Then you behead the lil' goats ... cook the brain into soup ... and laugh hysterically when your children are eating the soup that night and not even knowing whats in it.

You greeks do tend to have a GREAT sense of humor! :D
Becuz the greeky jezuzzz teaches them that the bad spirits stay away when you have inivisible status. It's the one part of the greeky dude that I don't quite understand! :D

Not exactly.... we boil the heads whole, keep the broth to make soup and eat the brains, cheeks, tongue, backs of eyes.
The soup we make with the innards.... the rest of the goat goes in the oven, roasted to juicy succulence :nana:

I'm bettin' when your children get to be 6 or 7 they probably start gettin' over crying about you laughin at them and start to take a more practical view of things.

Ya know ... ol' Sammy Goat was a lot of fun to play with this morning ... but he sure is tasting mighty succulent tonight!!!
