Brian Daboll is a name some of the NFL insiders are floating as possible replacement. Another name that’s popped up is Davis Webb, a 30 year old QB coach with Denver. He’s very young but highly regarded in NFL circles and apparently is under consideration by a couple of teams in search of a head coach. He and Josh Allen are former teammates and good friends.
If there’s a relationship there, that may help them build more talent that complements Josh.

I really don’t know anything about Davis Webb until his name started popping up as someone the Raiders and another team was interviewing. His coaching resume is thin. Never been a coordinator or play caller, and if he does get a HC job, I believe he’d be the youngest in NFL history. Sean McVay was 30 when the Rams hired him as HC, but he was just a few weeks shy of 31.
