Going to the Metro cooking show down in DC on Saturday. It is always a fun outing with lots of different things to taste.

Deer weren't moving this morning so came back to friends house where he and the wife were having some morning fun. They invited me to join, and I was taught to always help a friend in need :D

Can't say anything new or interesting has been going on with me. Just working towards the weekend like every week but I am open to suggestions. :)

I am really sorry that you have been sick but glad you are on the road to recovery.

Dr Stargazer definitely recommends a good orgasm to help speed your recovery. I think 4 out 5 doctors would agree.

Interestingly enough, there was a study that suggested that orgasms help the immune system. Another study showed adrenaline helps a stuffy nose (epinephrine/adrenaline is released during orgasm). You could be onto something doc.

The weekend is almost here. Anybody got any fun plans for the weekend? I am hoping for no rain during the day tomorrow since I am playing in a golf tournament. Sunday will be back to trying and finish the deck weather permitting.

I use to occasionally go to a dance club named Iris in Tysons Corner. It had free parking and was easy to get to. I always had a good time since it had a crowd that spanned age groups, not all young, not all old. Unfortunately it closed down and I have not found a similar place.

You know of any dance clubs in the DC area that are not all 20 somethings?

There is Heat in Fairfax. It's alright, it's a hookah bar club kinda thing.
