USS Theodore Roosevelt 5 days visit to Vietnam

Except Trump isn't the Commander in Chief of the Coronavirus.

Well, except, officially he is. He signed a national emergency order on the coronavirus on Friday, 13 March. That's what signing of a national emergency order does--it puts the president in charge of the response to the stated emergency. If he wasn't going to take responsibility (which he obviously isn't doing), he shouldn't have signed the order. My guess is that he didn't even read what he was signing--possibly the words were too big for him (and neither has Harpy).

Delusional.

Trump wasn't on the bridge of the ships at the time.

You're correct there but he was the C-N-C so he should have waited to run off at his mouth until a thorough investigation was done and the results made public. But sine Trump is Chief Bone Spurs what can we expect, bragging, bullying and constant lies.

I eventually grasped the rationale of demoting Crozier.

But who's the stooge who decided on a cultural exchange with another country ,
in the midst of a pandemic?
