Using the timer on my camera

Ok. I'm a big dork, lost the manual and now can't figure out how to use the timer on my digital camera (or if there even is one). I have an Olympus D-380. It's really old, so I'm not sure if anyone else alive still uses it, but any help would greatly be appreciate.
