You have to look out for anything that might deposit small particles in your girlfriend's vagina. The moistness and heat in the vagina is ideal for more than just sexual pleasure, it's also a haven for bacteria. If you get a piece of vegetable matter or something stuck in there she might get an infection.

Other than that I would suggest using a wine bottle whose contents you finished together. Most are too big but there are lots of ideally-suited 750ml slender-neck bottles that should do the trick. Just make sure that you stuff the cork back in the mouth as far as it can possibly go. Using an open bottle will probably make a very unpleasant vacuum inside your gal, which totally ruins the mood. Losing the cork somewhere in there is similarly undesireable.
