Using others' Pix

Yesterday a guy on here PM'd me asking if my wife was posting under a different name because if not, another Litster was passing her pix off as themselves. I guess they were sent to him in an email so I couldn't be given a link or anything.

Has anyone here ever caught someone using their pix and passing them off as their own? If so, did you do anything about it?

I'd just say name names, so other guys don't get fooled by this person. I'll leave it up to you though..
I've seen it happen one other time on another site. Best thing is to do what rawr did. She put her handle in the pix, like a watermark.
It will help stop these liars and thiefs.

I go all official and threaten them with legal action under the intellectual copyright laws, since it was taken by me, its my copyright.
9 times out of 10 it gets the pictures removed and a fairly swift apology.
