So far this weasel's posted 27 of my stories, but if one posts on free site, this is something that one has to take in one's stride. As a test, I did post a DCMA notice, which Asstr ignored, probably because I'm not actually based in the USA or any of it's dependent territories, which most likely means that particular right doesn't apply to me, unless I'm missing something. As I'm not actually losing revenue over this, I really don't have any inclination to pursue it, as I don't want to throw good money away on a pointless head-butting exercise with Asstr; they've already proved they won't entertain or enforce my claim anyway.

Yeah, it's tough to get strong legal representation in Narnia. Having you tried sending the stags to negotiate?

More seriously, I'd pursue this. Arranging a phone call from a lawyer doesn't cost all that much and it can make people sit up and do the right thing, even if it's a bluff. ASSTR needs to understand that tolerating ripoffs are not in their best interest.
