Hi. Im new here and ...
Im interested in Learning how to manifest and use your sexual energy.

I have been sexual my Whole life and watched a lot of porn in the day becouse I felt so uncomfortable while having all this sexual energy in me.. I needed to get this out of me I thought...

Now I know that I also feel more alive with this energy and I also do more spiritual pratices and feel like much more alive and vital with this sexual energy in me...

So I have now decided to try to build up this energy over a month and see how that affects me and at the same time, keeping track here to see where Im heading and maby some of you can give me some tips on how to do this even better..
Maby others can take something out if it too.

Im thinking of building it up almost as much as I can. Ways to get very very honry... Building it up... To the point where I can practice to have Control over this energy..

I do this both to strengthen my disipline, my sexual energy and to see what kind of benefit I can get out of it, insteed of just rushing to the one think I my dick think is pleasure and then cum and feel bad about it..

Im the kind of guy that would love for sex to be so much more

From my experience, what you're discussing is a great way to build sexual maturity. Sex as an activity seems like you could simply unload your goods and be done with it. Therefore, every other part of sex seems to be about something else that lacks definition.

It sounds corny, but I made my erections a full inch larger through this practice. I still remember feeling the rush of arousal flood me in situations and allowing myself to "store" that energy rather than hide from how it was making me feel.
