hey guys,

i'm new on this site and i have only a simple question. Hope i'm right in this forum. How can i navigate to the stories. Every attempt goes to www.literotica.com which shows me nothing of interest, which means the "base"-page of an Apache-Server.

??????????????????

There are two ways to get to the stories. From the link you included in your post, click on the link Stories and Pics. Also, at the bottom of just about every page in the forum is a link to the Story Index.

Thankx midwestyankee, but your reply doesn't help me because i always get the same message on "www.literotica.com" and all its subfolders. I attach an RTF-Document with the message and hope you can help. Or perhaps you know someone who can help me.

Thanks a lot
JA

Dude!

I Hope you don't think I'm going to download and unzip something from somebody who only has 2 post!

I may be crazy and paranoid, but I'm not stupid.

I'm sorry fgarvb1 but its a screenshot embedded in an RTF-Dokument. I can't past it into a messagebody. I've not used a Word-Dokument to prevent things like macros.
But the picture just says "page not found" for url: "http://www.literotica.com/stories/".
I would be pleased if you can help me.

Do i need special configuration options for the browser ??

I wonder if you have established (or ignored some default) setting in your browser that blocks adult material. But if so, how could you get to this page but not the story index? What puzzles me about this is that you have access to part of Lit but not the rest. Anyway, I would take a look at your browser settings for security, content and the like to see if you can find a clue there.

Hi midwestyankee,
i wonder about the same things you do. What i should mention is that i have reached "www.literotica.com" a long time until some day at the end of last year. I don't exactly the day and i don't know what has changed on my pc, if thats the reason. I think i should test the connection on an other pc.
Is it possible that the connection was supressed by my provider in germany ??
Thanks a lot for you help.

I had a problem very similar when I first went to IE 6.0 on my 98 computer. I don't remember what I did to fix it.

I had to back off some of my security settings either there or on my firewall.

I was getting that message on about 90% of web sites.

The trick is to back off enough to be safe as possible and still view what you want.
