If you want to post a picture in with your post then the picture has to be already on the web somewhere. Just click the IMG button (when you make your post) and put the url of the photo there...you can get the url from the pictures properties....like this....

If you want to attach a photo that is on your hard drive then you can put a link in by using the 'attach file' section where you make your post.
