UNABLE TO LOG IN

Just before last Christmas a friend of mine got a new phone. Having tried to log in to Lit the following message was received: Internal Error.

Any ideas?

Since you’re posting on the forum and clearly logged in, you must be referring to Lit Chat? There’s a support forum at the bottom of this page where you can ask. They’ll be able to let you know if your account has been banned or if you’re experiencing a tech difficulty.

sorry Dv69 I am afraid I checked and I am finding no ban logs. So other than suggesting trying to clear you cache and cookies I have nothing to suggest hopefully you have been be able to log in since.

Nastygrampa40444 i cannot find any logs of you being banned either. so its sadly the same answer i had to give DV.​
