Unable to Change Email Address for Forums

I have changed my email address in the Lit Control Panel. The email address shown under "Account Details" on the Forum is the old address. When I click "Change" by the old address, it takes me to the Lit Control Panel, which has the correct (new) address.

How do I correct the email address for the Forums so I can receive email notifications when a thread I'm opened (such as this one) is answered?

You're notified of responses (and liking) on the forum via messages on the bell icon, upper right of this page when you're checked in. I'm unaware of an option to send you e-mails.

My Forum entry form looks like this:



Two notification options are at the bottom of the form. The "and receive email notifications" box becomes active if the first box is checked.

Does your form not look like this?

I have been getting email notifications for years, until I recently changed the domain in my address. Now I don't receive any notifications.
