Oh dear! My new dietary restrictions are new - something's going on in this here bod and so the docs have suggested avoiding spicy food. It sucks. I love spicy food. Saying that - I forgot to forage for the cardamom pods and cloves -

Yeah - I have to deliver my treasurers report then I can fall asleep

Its coat was white as snow, and every where the little lamb went a welsh man was sure to go!!!
