No deal, and it's trying to go to my chest, so just taking the cold/flu stuff and carrying on regardless is a really bad idea.

No deal, and it's trying to go to my chest, so just taking the cold/flu stuff and carrying on regardless is a really bad idea.
I'm a firm believer in rest and relaxation - I need to follow my own advice sometimes - so I'd just stay warm and hydrated with lots of sleep. I hope it shifts soon - nothing worse than having it on your chest.. (No innuendo, promise!)
