Time trial... way too much for me, the ride in after 9 days not on a bike and a stinking head cold was, erm, slow!

Chilled weekend, hope it's warming up today, happen to be up near South Shields for an event and it's actually warm and almost sun cream stage!! Despite the rain I managed a moorland walk yesterday... how's things??

Some amateur athletics comp, and it's less than an hour for me so not quite local but not too far, enjoy the beach walk??

Been stuck on site all day, but it's been a nice day for it.

Site for me too today but as that was mostly Suffolk coast I am not complaining!
