I often feel that way about my neighbors. The first time they were too loud, I went over to ask them to turn the music down...they responded by turning it up louder. I had to call the police. And get this...the bitch told the cops to fuck off and barricaded herself in her room, refusing to turn the music off or even down. They had to take her to jail for the night. I think she was on some kind of funky drugs. Anyway, now I skip the polite requests to turn the crap down and just call the cops. I wish I could move!
