Let me saw up front that I don't Cave Dive. I have no interest in doing it nor do I have the training for it. That doesn't stop me from enjoying the videos others make of it. Here are two. In the second the people describe a bit about cave diving, it's risks and the training you need.

Pretty cool. Loved the breathing and bubbles added to the soundtrack.

Farthest I've been down is 90 feet in clear water. Don't think I'd like a roof 250 ft underwater.

It's been a long time since I have been wet but cave diving scares the crap out of me. My own depth limit was 100' although I have done a couple of bounce dives to 150-160'.

I had a spontaneous pneumothorax. Not from diving and the Navy Diving Doc told me I should never dive again. I ignored him for a couple of years but age and, finally, common sense took hold. I still miss it though.

BTW I was not a navy diver. I was just a sailor in a navy hosp.
