today, 20 years ago, i was hatched. I just realized that nothing happens when a person turns 20. At 18, you're a legal adult, you can legally smoke...at 21, you can gamble and legally drink....but at 20...nuttin (but only on my g/f) *she likes it*

I believe you can gamble at age 18; at least you can in MA. As for drinking, I do not drink because it is not legal for me to do so. Despite whatever the popular view of pre-21 adults seems to be some of us do try to follow and respect the law.
Except those having to do with sodomy and not driving with a stuffed pink rabbit on our dashboard.
