Depends on which "tutorial" you're asking about. There is a How To story category with tutorials on awide variety of subjects, a link to writers resources from several points on the main site, the H Thread Archiver is in the process of indexing ll of the advice nd discussion in the Authors' hangout forum and LadyCibelle is working on a writer's resource index in the Editors' Forum, and Last but not least, there is Blue sugar's Blank Manual Thread at the top of this forum (unless you've put Bluesugar on Ignore.)
