If they are lies, ignore them and the sender. Piss off whoever it is by not even replying to acknowledge you read it.

Enjoy the beautiful day, instead! I'm even BAKING (a rare event lately) so my kitchen smells good while I'm playing on the computer.

Corn muffins. I had a craving. (Yeah, I know. Not REAL baking, but I'm cheating for now.)

But I think I'm going to add a few things to my grocery list this weekend and bake some stuff to take in to the office on Monday. I used to bake a lot more often as a kind of "therapy" at night. The quiet time always gave me time to think about whatever was bothering me, and the results of the baking usually made the mood in the office a bit better the next day. Unless my latest creation for the guinea pigs didn't turn out quite as expected, but that was usually rare.
